Happy Hour - Happy Jessica

Now don't get me wrong, I do love chips but I wouldn't normally eat them twice a day (at least not from the same venue!). I'm on holiday though, so the rules are a little different. We were having poolside cocktails for Happy Hour and I couldn't help but notice the chips we'd had this morning were still available. I couldn't help myself and so I ordered another portion. The chips come with a side of tomato sauce and a side of mayonnaise. This works perfectly, as I love tomato sauce but my boyfriend likes mayonnaise. I ordered an extra serving of tomato sauce this time, as I knew I'd be eating more than my fair share! You can see how happy I was from the image below!
