These Chips are Boss Man!

Today's chip experience was at a hipster burger joint by the name of Bossman. I had an amazing vegetarian burger with a side of truffle fries. The fries were topped with parmesan and came with a side of truffle aoili. The aoili was a bit too fancy for me so I tracked down some tomato sauce and went to town! The fries were good, but still did not compare to the chips at the Courtyard by Marriott. We are leaving on Thursday and I'm starting to realise that those chips cannot last forever. I don't know what I'm going to do without them.
